Mike Evans
Mike has been a professional musician for almost two decades, from singing with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra Chorus to founding CITIZENS! and later drumming for Franz Ferdinand.
Alongside performing, he’s worked on hundreds of events, always recognising the crucial role music plays in their success.
At a dinner party in 2019, he was asked to curate music on the spot—sparking the idea for MYMUSO and a more thoughtful, live approach to event music.

Ellen Arkwright
A classically trained singer, Ellen studied under Joan Rodgers CBE at Trinity Laban, graduating with first-class honours in 2017. Her performance experience spans opera, oratorio, jazz, choirs and function bands, giving her a deep appreciation for all genres.
At Trinity, she met many of the exceptional musicians now on MYMUSO’s roster—trusted friends and colleagues as well as outstanding performers.
Outside of music, Ellen is a keen runner and cyclist, and ran the 2019 London Marathon for Dementia Revolution.
